RSS will replace email as Internet publishing medium

Fine. As long as it doesn't replace email as a communication medium, more specifically as a medium to communicate privately thoughts that take longer than 5 minutes to write out. (IM works better for the ones 5 minutes or less or for 'conversations'.)
