BlogMatrix scrapes powered-by-Blogger sites and creates RSS

It doesn't say so on that page, but if you search for part of the URL of a weblog you know is being powered by Blogger, it'll return a URL that scrapes it into RSS 0.92. (When you come to a page that says "RSS feed information for [weblog]", the "blogrss" button links to auto-generated RSS.)
